Ladies Who Care
There are several ladies who, whenever they are asked to help out in the CYMS they always help willingly. The discos were occasions when a lot of stewards were needed. Kathleen Darby, Kathy Hickey,Shiela Southern, Joan Geoghegan, Sharon Byrne, Sarah Hickey,Sharon o'Rourke were always there when they were asked to help. Sometimes they did not get home until the early hours of the mornings. If only some of the Kildare Town parents could have seen those ladies at the disco in the freezing winter months, making sure that their kids were safe and that they had somewhere to go on a Friday night
